Our attorneys are highly skilled in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions including portfolio property sales and acquisitions, construction and development projects, as well as in negotiating related owner/architect, owner/contractor and construction loan agreements.  We incorporate a wide variety of transactional structures to effectuate our client's goals, including joint ventures, real estate partnerships and limited liability companies.

Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP also represents banking institutions and other lenders in all aspects of commercial and residential secured lending.

We regularly represent both landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including net, ground, office, retail and cell-tower leases in Westchester County and New York City.
