Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP has established a boutique  corporate/business practice  serving clients in Westchester County, New York City and throughout the New York Metropolitan area.  Our practice frequently involves multi-million dollar corporate and commercial transactions for a broad range of corporations and their owners and investors, including privately held and family-owned businesses, including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.  We often serve as general counsel for such businesses and represent them in all aspects and stages of their corporate existence, from the formation of their business and financial structure through their growth and transition into mature entities.
