Practice Areas – Ms. Hellberg is a litigation associate handling insurance defense matters, including labor law and construction liability, premises liability, personal injury and insurance coverage matters.

Bar Admissions - Admitted in Connecticut, 2006 and in New York, 2007.

Biography - Ms. Hellberg received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and graduated cum laude from Pace Law School, where she served as Symposium Editor of Pace International Law Review. While earning her law degree, Ms. Hellberg interned in the Appellate Division, First Department, and clerked for two years at Chubb & Son’s in house counsel, Eustace & Marquez, specializing in motion and appellate practice in the areas of construction accidents, premises liability, and motor vehicle litigation. She joined Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP in February, 2007. Ms. Hellberg co-authored Liability for Criminal Acts of Third Parties, NYSBA Tort Insurance & Compensation Law Section Journal (TICL) Winter 2010, and co-authored a chapter, “ Criminal Liability for Acts of Third Parties”, published as part of materials for NYSBA sponsored program, “Law School for Insurance Professionals 2008”.
