Practice Areas - Ms. Foster is a litigation associate handling insurance defense matters including labor law and construction liability, premises liability, personal injury and insurance coverage matters.
Bar Admissions - Ms. Foster has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2001; New Jersey Bar since 2000; and United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since 2006.
Biography - Ms. Foster received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Delaware in 1998. She earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2001. Ms. Foster worked for Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP, from 2002 - 2005 and returned in 2010. Prior to Ms. Foster's return to Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP, she worked for the Westchester County Attorney's Office in the Contracts and Real Estate Department, and at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, handling matters of premises liability, construction accidents, property damage, motor vehicle cases and general negligence matters. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester Women's Bar Association.
