Practice Areas - Mr. Echenthal is a litigation and trial associate specializing in the areas of premises liability, construction accidents, general liability, motor vehicle accidents and defense of insurance carriers on direct claims.
Bar Admissions and Publications - Mr. Echenthal is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. He co-authored Shark Tournaments: Unjustifiable Cruelty, for the American Bar Association's Animal Law Committee Newsletter, Spring 2008.
Biography - Mr. Echenthal was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Long Island University in 1987. He attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1991. Mr. Echenthal was an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County, New York in the Special Prosecutions Division. Mr. Echenthal then joined the firm of Curan, Ahlers, Fiden & Norris, LLP as a trial associate handling the defense of general liability claims. Mr. Echenthal joined Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP in 2006.
