Practice Areas – Mr. Broderick is a litigation and trial associate specializing in the areas of products liability, labor law and construction accidents, premises liability, general liability and casualty claims as well as insurance coverage matters.
Bar Admissions – Mr. Broderick is a member of the New York State Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Biography – Mr. Broderick was born in Springfield, Massachusetts and graduated from Fairfield University in Connecticut in 1994. He attended Hofstra University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1997. After graduating, Mr. Broderick spent several years as a litigation and trial associate with L’Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, LLP, specializing in products liability, construction claims, general liability and casualty defense as well as medical malpractice defense. He has tried cases in both state and federal court. Mr. Broderick then became a partner in the firm of Fontana & Broderick, LLP, where his clients included leading national and international product manufacturers. Mr. Broderick joined Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP in 2008.
